ML Progress Goal
Goal: What are we trying to achieve
Ensure 90% of students graduate from ML services or move up a level of English proficiency as measured by WIDA.
90% of 9th grade multilingual learners will be on track for high school success by June 1, 2026. Data will be pulled on all ML learners weekly and documented, analyzed for patterns and trends. 1:1 check-ins will be had with each student occurring on the Tier 2 or Tier 3 lists. ML teacher will meet with the general education classroom teachers to discuss supports and revisions. Recurring students making the Tier 2 and Tier 3 lists will have a more in-depth 1:1 conference with ML teacher and/or Dean. Students will be encouraged to attend workday Wednesdays, meet with the ML teacher for extra supports, and/or meet with the Dean of Students to assist with executive functioning skills if needed. In order to achieve 90%, students will need consistency and support from various team members: principals, deans, teachers, etc. 90% is the goal for end of the school year. In order to make 90%, I would hope to reach 75% by mid-year or the next CAP goal in February. This work with multilingual learners relies on inclusive practices to make gains. Working in small groups, maintaining their inclusion with peers in general education, completing 1:1 conferencing and interviews, and providing supports and communication with all team members and parents/guardians ensures an inclusive environment for learning. A large concern in this new push-in model is equity. Through continued professional development in Washington State and PLC with ML teachers across the district as well as in our building,

Goal: What are we trying to achieve
Ensure 98% of students have behaviors NOT resulting in suspension or expulsion.
Implement a schoolwide initiative to reduce inappropriate or off-task electronic device use (such as texting, gaming, or social media scrolling) during instructional time through consistent expectations, digital citizenship lessons, and restorative interventions. Reduce and eliminate exclusionary discipline for electronic misuse incidents to 99% as recorded through classroom behavior logs or office referrals by the end of the semester. Teachers will receive clear guidance and tools for enforcing consistent electronics policies, such as template for emailing home, a flow chart, and how to enter discipline for tracking. Students will participate in behavior expectations assemblies, reteach via classroom support, and creation of classroom posters. Improving focus and reducing digital distractions directly supports academic engagement, classroom equity, and a positive learning environment. Progress will be reviewed with staff on the first Wednesday of each month, with a final evaluation in January 2026. The plan will involve student voice to identify barriers to find interventions in responsibly utilize tech BY developing fair, culturally responsive practices that do not disproportionately impact any student group. Including creating accommodations for students with identified needs for headphone.

Extracurricular Goal
Goal: What are we trying to achieve
Ensure 70% of students are enrolled in one or more extracurricular activities.
Stadium hopes to engage 70% of all students in extracurricular activities. We will know we've achieved this goal based on an end of season attendance review. To keep students engaged and interested in extracurricular activities teams submit morning announcements, post flyers advertising when their club meets, and ASB has created a club and sports wall in the cafeteria. We expect these results to be achieved based on growing turn out for clubs and activities in the Fall of 25-26 and the Fall sports season. We hope to meet this goal by the end of the Fall season. Stadium will continue to be inclusive of all students by utilizing student voice to start requested clubs (ie. Filipino club, Speech and Debate Club, and Unified Sports Corn Hole). We anticipate with the addition of Girl Flag Football as a sanctioned WIM sport we will also see a boost in participation there. Stadium will insure extra-curricular opportunities are equitable by offering them year-round & on various days so that students can participate in multiple activities.

Stadium is striving for 70% of staff members to respond that Stadium is almost always or often a place where people want to come to work on the 2025-2026 Climate Survey. With the hope of having no responses of "seldom true" or ''Almost never true"
STEPS: How we will accomplish this goal
PROMOTING SEL FOR STUDENT IMPACT
During the two Professional Growth Days and the Waiver Day at the beginning of the year, we focused on Staff SEL. We created opportunities for staff to share their talents and interests with staff in a choose your own activity opportunity to build staff culture. Teachers participated in: a ceramics course, retirement informational course, walking path through the community, library book talks, and scavenger hunt. All of which were low risk/high reward opportunities to build community. We are using our SCDM to provide staff members the opportunity to voice their opinions and affect change. Principal Marshall creates a comprehensive staff email each week so staff can find consistent information in a dedicated space. All staff are included on the weekly email that is sent to all students and families, so they are in the loop with all things.
Student Goal
Goal: What are we trying to achieve
Implement Whole Child practices with fidelity, resulting in at least a 90% positive rating on the selected Climate Survey item.
Engage at least 70% of students in regularly attending school at least 90% of the time (as per OSPI Report Card). Administration and attendance staff will track attendance data throughout each quarter, semester, and at the end of the year. Attendance will also be folded into the SRT process to better identify, support, and monitor student progress related to attendance. Throughout the year, administration and the attendance team will pull data and identify student needs to improve attendance through interventions such as Becca meetings, counselor referrals/support, and family involvement. The goal is to help students stay on track toward graduation, with a significant emphasis on supporting 9th graders in building consistent and on-time attendance habits that will benefit them throughout high school. The goal will culminate at the end of the school year inJune, with data reviewed quarterly and at the end of Semester 1.
