Stadium students receive individualized guidance through classes and programs that help them plan for the future. Our Career and Technical Education courses connect learning to real-world skills, and the Personal and Professional Skills class helps students explore career interests, complete college applications, and prepare for success after high school.

Through a variety of opportunities including courses, internships, career interest assessments, college-level coursework, industry-recognized certifications, and diverse extracurricular activities, students can explore their interests and develop the skills necessary to formulate a personalized plan.

Career exploration is the process of learning about yourself and the world of work to make informed decisions about your future. It involves identifying your interests, strengths, and values, and then matching them with potential career paths. Through career and technical education courses, internships, and certificate programs students gain hands-on experience and can earn industry-recognized credentials – preparing them for their future careers.

High School & Beyond Planning

The High School and Beyond Plan is a Washington State graduation requirement and helps students get the most out of high school while preparing for their future. Students work with career guidance specialists, school counselors, and teachers starting in middle school to create their own personalized plan with goals for high school and beyond.
