Stadium High School earns Silver AP School Honor Roll recognition

Stadium High School has been recognized on the College Board’s Silver AP School Honor Roll for the Class of 2025 by achieving at least Silver level in 3 categories. This honor reflects the school’s commitment to preparing students for success in both college and career.

The journey to graduation is different for every student, and AP (Advanced Placement) courses are one of the many ways Tacoma Public Schools helps students build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need for their next steps. AP classes offer college‑level learning opportunities in high school, allowing students to challenge themselves academically and potentially earn college credit.

Stadium’s Class of 2025 demonstrated strong participation and achievement in AP coursework:

  • Silver Level: College Culture - 54% of students took at least one AP exam

  • Gold Level: College Credit - 41% scored 3 or higher, potentially earning college credit

  • Platinum Level: College Optimization - 17% took 5 or more AP exams, including at least one in 9th or 10th grade

We’re proud of the teachers, counselors, administrators and students whose dedication made this achievement possible.
