Stadium’s Spring Musical

Stadium’s Spring Musical is Newsies! Tryouts for cast, crew, and orchestra are Monday, December 15, and Tuesday, December 16. Choose ONE of the days to attend from 2:45-5:00 PM in the Stadium Theater. Callbacks will be December 17-18. Performances will be March 19-22 and March 26-28.

To audition for Crew, come prepared with your schedule conflicts and an eager desire to get involved! For Cast auditions, be prepared to sing a short song, even “Happy Birthday” is fine. Please do not select a song from Newsies. You may sing with or without accompaniment (if you bring sheet music, an accompanist will be provided). Dialogue to read will also be provided at auditions. All are welcome and encouraged to tryout!

As a reminder, teachers will continue to provide reminders at the beginning of each class that:

  • No there is no use of cell phones, earbuds, headphones, etc. during class (bell to bell).
  • Devices must be silent, out of sight, and kept in bags during class.
  • When leaving class for any reason, students will leave devices in their bag in the classroom.
  • Personal devices will not be used for independent work time or as a reward during class.
  • Phones may be used before school, during lunch, and after school.
