For the SAT, students should bring:

Earning a qualifying score in math and/or English on the SAT will meet a graduation requirement. In addition, Tacoma Public Schools has a policy that allows us to use qualifying scores on the SAT and PSAT to retrieve necessary credits in math and English.

Reminders from last week…

Be On Time

It is important for students to arrive on time every day. For our safety, the exterior doors at Stadium lock at 7:35 AM at the start of 1st period. All students with a 1st period class need to be inside the building before 7:35 AM.

Students who are scheduled for a partial day at Stadium may arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to their first class. Our exterior doors will open during the passing period for students to enter the building.

World Language Competency Exam

The World Language Competency Exam is an opportunity for 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students to earn up to four (4.0) high school credits in a world language. Students may earn the Washington State Seal of Biliteracy when they demonstrate competency in English and a world language.

Students, are you a heritage speaker and fluent in reading, writing, listening, and speaking a language other than English? If so, we encourage you to schedule an exam with our school's World Language Assessment Liaison, Mrs. Kurkova. Please email her at kcarbon@tacoma.k12.wa.us. The registration deadline is November 3. The exam will take place in December and those testing will receive more information.

Have a wonderful week, Tigers!
